"Hello [Member Name Removed], To be fair, our mechanic said this was an excessive clog with alot of food that had been run through the garbage disposal and in turn, caused a major clog in the drain line. The mechanic felt in order to avoid future issues, which he felt you most likely would have, the job was performed professionally in this manner. Numerous attempts had to be made to unclog this drain. As you tried it yourself, it was not the easiest clear. Believe me, we pride ourselves in our work. We have been in business a long time and sometimes it looks easy to the customer, but that's not always the case. Also, we offer a 15% discount on service calls for first time customers, so you could have taken advantage of that had you told us you were a member. Thank you."

"Hello [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you were disappointed with the price and the quality of our work. I pride myself on doing a job well done. This job entailed installing an outside hose faucet from the basement. In order to install the pipe for the outside spigot, we had to drill through a 2 foot stone wall and tie the water lines into the basement with a shut off valve. We also installed a draw-off value in the basement to drain during the winter. We also installed a hose bib outside of the building, 10-15 feet away from where we drilled through the building, then had to attach the hose bib to the building. As you can see, this wasn't just a normal faucet installation. Thank you."
