I'm so glad that I found this company. I have used them twice now and their customer service is just beyond measure. This time it was a rather lengthy service call, two days before Christmas and they stayed until the job was finished right. Despite the parts warehouse being closed for the holiday, they were able to locate a used part for me to get the house warm again. This is clearly a family owned business that hires experienced professionals and takes pride in their work and reputation. I don't take the time to write reviews unless it is really warranted. I'd give Genesio 10 stars if I could. Just amazing. Thanks guys!!!

Said they would be here at 8AM, door bell rang at 8 AM. Replaced submerged sump pump, back flow valve and some pipe. Area totally cleaned up when done.

Jason was the repair man. He found the problem switch in the compartment above the fan chamber and cleaned the contacts on the switch. He also went out back and opened and checked out the outside unit with meter gauges. A/C has been running fine. He said that cleaning the switch should do it versus ordering and replacing it. I used this company 4 years ago with similar results.
