Lowe's contracted this company to come and do floor leveling and tile installation in my basement. After paying the $35 fee to Lowe's an agent from the company came out to do a measurement and stated that the floor would have to be leveled in order so put down tiles correctly. The contractor that poured the original concrete was also present and agreed to pay for the amount required to get the floor level. I also got an estimate from Home Depot and their cost was more than twice as less for the leveling that needed to be done, but since I wanted it to be done right and had been doing business with Lowe's for quite some time I decided to go with the estimate provided by this company through Lowe's. However, after setting up an appointment for them to come and pour the leveling compound I was never notified that the company canceled the appointment without my authorization or knowledge. I was later then told by the Lowe's set up an appointment with the company to do leveling and tile installation and they failed to show.ore manager that they decided to cancel it because they were not able to do it all in one day with the tiling work but I also wanted done. After looking into the matter more it seems that they just added the leveling of over $1000 just to mark up the price because the next person who came said that they wouldn't even require leveling to put the tile in. Since Home Depot's price was far less than their price for leveling in addition to the next company that came and stated leveling wasn't required something isn't right here especially when they canceled an appointment that was already agreed to with an understanding that they would do the leveling first so that I could put in the framing and then the tile. I could not put framing in so they would know where the tile would go until the floor was leveled because then my framing would not be level on the floor and they knew this from the very beginning. I had made numerous phone calls after the company canceled my appointment to find out why it was canceled, and it wasn't until the Lowe's store manager told me that friends had canceled the appointment on their own that other arrangements have to be made. The representatives at friends were rude and unwilling to acknowledge that they made the cancellation. Whatever you do do not hire this company, find a company that respects its customers and the appointments that they make to have work done.

It was excellent. They're fast. They called one day and I told them the carpet was bought and they came the next day and installed it.

Initially the customer service was good. Workers were on time and did a good job on installation and clean up. After a couple of days several large cracks started to appear between the tiles in the grout. We contacted the store and somebody came out and looked at the damaged areas. He said it would be repaired and that we would need to call them back to set up a time to have it fixed. We attempted several calls, with either no calls returned or "sorry, he's not in today". Finally somebody said that the workers would be in the following Monday. The workers arrived on time and instead of regrouting the cracks they put in silicone. I never received a call back as to whether or not the repairs were adequate.

The job failed due to the amount of moisture due to the floor being done on a cement slab. Friends provided free labor for the removal and replacement of the failed flooring with a different product. A larger store sold me replacement flooring at a wholesale rate. The flooring product that failed was out of warranty. The installer provided free labor, did a beautiful job and that meant a great deal to me.
