Concrete Repair
If you're moving in Warminster Township, you WILL get jacked by the township for some new concrete. Our sidewalk blocks were in perfect condition but maybe 1/4" off plumb, and we were required to not just have them lifted, but actually rip them out and remove them. AND you must use a contractor licensed in the township. Ridiculous! But anyway, if you're in the same bind, don't even bother calling anyone else. Pat did a beautiful job on this project, for half the cost of some of the other estimates. And he was extremely prompt and lived up to all his promises. We used him once previously and had a very similar experience.
