First we went to the showroom to look at their selection of bamboo flooring. We selected several we thought might work. Gene brought the samples out to our home to check the colors in our kitchen. He advised us on the pros and cons of different types of floors. He measured and drew up the plan for the installation. He called us when the wood was in and delivered it to our home to get it acclimated to our humidity. At first we expected installation to take two days since the old flooring had to be removed. But Daniel, the installer, brought another person, and the job was completed in one day. The light was getting bad by the end of the day, and the next day we saw a few spots with which we were not satisfied. I called Gene, and he sent Daniel out very quickly to fix things. We are very happy with the results.

SALES FORCE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WON'T SELL YOU AN UPGRADE IF IT IS NOT NEEDED/NECESSARY. GREAT SERVICE AND ACCOMMODATED 'WEIRD' WORKING HOURS SO TO BE AVAILABLE WHEN WE WERE. WOULD USE AGAIN....AND HAVE.
