Very pleased with the persistence shown in resolving the problem. Had previously taken the truck to another auto repair shop and was told they could not fix the oil leak due to a broken bolt in the intake manifold. D & R's had trouble with the broken bolt as well but didn't give up, and was able to fix the oil leak.

We've used Dand R a few times now. They are professional and honest. We brought the car in the first time for a flat. They checked the tire and said it just needed a simple patch. $25. They could easily have sold us a new tire. They've subsequently done other work and have told us that recommendations given by others weren't necessary. They've saved us a few hundred dollars at least at this point.

I have been a customer of Dick and Rips for almost 20 years. Their service has always been excellent, and their price is good. They have stood behind their work and made things right when an occasional job wasn't to my satisfaction. We love them and we trust them completely. Chuck was the manager there; he was always straight up and never ripped us off. He was just really an honest and good standup competent mechanic. If anything has ever been not right, he fixed it and we never even had any hassle about it ever. There was one time we brought the car for servicing and my husband has changed the oil completely in the car. We had the brakes serviced and it was due for oil change anyway. Chuck went ahead and changed the oil because he did that anyway, but we didn't ask him to. He was teaching girls to do the oil change. He didn't charge us for the oil change. He was upset because he did something we didn't offer him to do it. To make him feel better, we told him not to charge us for the labor, but we would pay for the material. We can't say enough things about him and we may run out of words.

I had a tire that was leaking and they had fixed it a while ago. They didn't charge me even though the leaking was anew problem not their fault. I am very impressed with their professionalism, quick and friendly service and reasonable prices
