Good although I did not get a written estimate he kept to his price

Joe was great. I've used him before; he is quick, competent, neat and clean. Dealing with him is a pleasure. I've recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

This was a very pleasant experience. I left a message in Joe's voicemail and received a call-back 2 minutes later. Joe scheduled an appointment the next day after my call. He arrived promptly at 9 am and worked steadily for about 4 hours. From time to time, Joe explained to me possible concerns that might affect what needed to be done and the time required: if the stove wire and circuit had been a little "weaker," they would have required replacement; that he wouldn't know what was wrong with the switches until he examined and tested them; that the kitchen counter outlets might be on one circuit, requiring only one GFCI installation, or on two circuits, requiring two GFCI receptacles. He updated cost estimates for me as he diagnosed what was needed for each task. As he went, from time to time Joe explained any problems and what he was doing in a way I could understand. Joe made friends with my timid cat. A week later, everything is working just fine.

I have know Joe for many years and wanted to add him to the list. He has been to my house many times and this was just the latest work performed. He is a true professional who is extremely knowledgeable and does all his work to the most current codes. He is a wonderful electrician and a great man.
