Barbara's work is exceptional . The pattern of the fabric I choose for the chairs was difficult to work with, but Barbara did a phenomenal job. I love, love my chairs . She also upholstered an ottoman in a fabric that matched my sofa and that also was done beautifully.
Oh.. I can not forget to mention the pillows she did...beautiful.! Barbara's attention to detail goes beyond her upholstery skill.
She arrived on time and completed all work as scheduled. She is awesome.

Barbara was very professional. We brought pictures of the chairs to her establishment and she gave us the price for the labor then we looked through all her fabric swatches and she helped us pick out the material suitable for our decor and for our lifestyle (we have cats). We settled on a start date and completion date. She was very prompt and returned the chairs to us by the date expected. The costs were as she said in the beginning and the work she did (including nail head trim which we specifically asked for) is outstanding.

Barbara at Custom Upholsterers is phenomenal. She does excellent, excellent work. We have been using her for around the last 10 years. I think she is really great. I think her rates are very, very fair. She tries so hard. I will definitely use her in the future.
