CROWN FENCE CO

When the work was completed I promptly paid the billed. Within a year of installation, I called to tell them that a panel of fencing had shifted and was separated from the posted. I could actually push the fence with my hand and the opening was at least 12 inches. All three gates are defective, crooked and do not close. I have called since April of this year and they have yet to return to repair my fence. The owner told me that he had been in the hospital and would be catching up on his work. Two months later, the owner then told me was returning from vacation. A month after that I called again and this time the owner told me, "We are professionals and will fix it." Again, the next month I asked the owner why was my fence still not fixed and I was told "I don't know why it wasn't fixed but that he would make sure it was fixed. FIVE MONTHS LATER MY FENCE IS STILL NOT FIXED AND THE OWNER:RICHARD IS NOT EVEN TRYING TO CONTACT ME TO FIX MY FENCE. This is terrible customer service.

The workmen showed on time and began work immediately. All work was done to my specifications and entire job was completed to my satisfaction.

The job was completed last year. They confirmed 24 hours prior to the start of the job. They did not complete it on day one and the following day it rained, however they did contact me and rescheduled for the following day. Everything got completed the next day and it still looks great. I would definitely recommend them.

Been almost a year and still not fixed.

They were prompt in coming out for the estimate, they were very professional; they talked about the pros and cons of what they would do, we wanted them to extend the gate and made bigger and they worked with us and they made that for us as part of the price.  They arrived on time, they could not quite finish it in one day but they were back early the next morning to finish everything up.  They did an excellent job.  They gave us very good service.  They are very honest and reputable company and they would do the right thing for you.

He had me pay half down, and then never showed up to finish the job.

HE HAD THE BEST ESTIMATE I RECEIVED AND HE ENDED UP DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB.

THE FENCE WAS NOT PLACED APPROPRIATELY AROUND THE BORDER. THEY DID NOT CLARIFY FENCE PLACEMENT BEFORE INSTALLING. THEY DID NOT BRING EXTRA MATERIALS THAT WERE TO BE LEFT WITH US FOR FUTURE REPAIRS AND DID NOT DELIVER THEM AFTER JOB COMPLETION EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE PART OF THE PACKAGE. PHONE CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED. IT WAS A FRUSTRATING ORDEAL.
