CLIMAC CORP. WAS PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP. I OBTAINED 4 ESTIMATES - THEY WERE NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT I FELT THEY WERE THE MOST HONEST AND INTERESTED IN DOING THE WORK. THEY INSTALL TRANE SYSTEMS ONLY AS THEY BELIEVE IT TO BE THE BEST PRODUCT. THE INSTALLERS WERE FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL, PROMPT AND NEAT. THEY CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY EACH DAY AND CAME TO DO THE JOB WHEN IT WAS SCHEDULED AND FINISHED ON TIME. THEY OFFERED VARYING ESTIMATES IN CONSIDERATION OF ANY BUDGET CONCERNS, PROVIDED RESOURCES FOR OBTAINING AN ENERGY LOAN IF NEEDED AND ALSO EXPLAINED TRANES REBATE PROGRAM AT THE TIME. CLIMAC CORP. DOES NOT COLLECT ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION (IF OBTAINING A LOAN) NOR DO THEY COLLECT THE REBATES - EVERYTHING IS DONE DIRECTLY WITH THE CONSUMER. THEY PROVIDED GOOD, HONEST QUALITY WORK. THEY CONTINUE TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR QUALITY SYSTEMS AND WORKMANSHIP.
