Ray Boemker, spent considerable effort during the estimate visit planning out a second bathroom for my home. He had a lot of good ideas to make the job efficient and the bathroom servicable. He recommeded good quality but cost effective finishes and fixtures. I made a mistake about the size of a waste line hidden under the floor of the room being converted. Ray came up with a great cost effective workaround. I am very pleased with the job. His crew followed through on his promised completion date. Very professional.

We selected Ray Bloemker not only because he came highly recommended by our very trusted cabinet supplier, but also because he took responsibility for the entire renovation excepting the granite installation (Ray did insure that the cabinets were level and otherwise ready to receive the granite countertop). Ray worked without interruption after starting as promised. Our renovation took six weeks, with about three additional visits to make refinements we requested. Throughout the entire process Ray and his crew members were a pleasure and easy to work with. We created a list of desired refinements, and unique, additional and items to be addressed. Changes, additions and any corrections were handled without difficulty. We liked their work and craftsmanship enough to request some items not originally included such as the separate sump pump circuit, garage ceiling repair, grab bars in showers, insulation repair in attic, two additional under cabinet lights, and larger bathroom fans than quoted. We carefully selected and purchased many of the items ourselves, based on Consumer?s Union ratings, and the final settlement of costs and credits was handled easily and fairly. The result is a new kitchen that we feel is quite beautiful and functions perfectly for us.
