Good. They came out right away to take measurements and provide an estimate. Once ordered, they took a little longer than I would have liked to be ready, but not unreasonable. Installation was quick and easy. The blinds look great.

Overall, it was a nightmare. The blinds did not hang correctly. Many attempts were made to have the owner come out. Another set was installed, which were just as bad. The installer was rude and verbally abusive. The owner refused to acknowledge our complaint about the installer. For 9 months we made close to 100 calls to have our complaints resolved, none of which were returned. The company finally agreed to refund our money, which took another 3 months to receive. The owner of this company, and his wife, are rude and obnoxious people to deal with. Their installer is just as bad. Their receptionist actually stated that they are a non-customer satisfaction company. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone.
