vacuum cleaners
 + -1 moreMy vacuum broke on Saturday. I got a sock stuck in the hose and got it out but it had no suction after that. I called Atomic Monday morning and got a machine, within 15 minutes I received a call from the owner Dominic, who told me to bring the vacuum in. I thought it was a belt and he looked at it and said no and explained why, he then said he thought it was a hose. He quoted me a price and requested a $25.00 deposit or I could pay in full, it would be ready the next day. Within a couple of hours I received a call that the Vacuum was fixed and it wasn't a hose but an electrical problem and I was due a refund of $20.00. When I arrived there , the vacuum was ready and I was credited the difference. Previously, I would have taken it to Sears. I would have had to drop it off wait for them to ship it out and then wait at least a week or longer for the repair and I know it would have cost more. I have had that experience before. I would highly recommend this repair company. I feel this company has a lot of integrity. And the price was more than fair. Most imprtantly the owner was personable and forthright with regard to the price.
