Very well. He was prompt, eager to answer any questions I had as the job progressed. He was always extremely polite. Considering how dirty of a job it was, he did a good job of keeping things clean. He could have easily asked for more money after finding the large amount of rotted wood, but did not do so. Everything went as scripted and per the estimate.I did not get competing bids as this was an insurance claim job, so I don't know how his price would have compared to others. I have dealt with many other tradesmen, and have the feeling I got a very good price. It was a lot of physically demanding work in tight spaces for the most part, and the replacing of the rotted wood was a lot of work.
