Al Million & Son Body Shop

Checked Angie's List for the name of an auto body shop.  Liked reviews for All Million, called them and my first impression was how friendly and professional they were.  They picked up car which was at home and needed to be towed. They did all interaction with insurance company.  Parts were provided by  Toyota (guaranteed).  Upon receipt of an estimate from insurance company they were able to proceed in a timely fashion.  Very happy with results.  Car looks like new again.

In a nutshell, it went flawlessly.  Not only are they the tops at what they do, fix automobiles, but it goes beyond this.  I believe that it is the best small business I have ever dealt with.  There's no way it can get any better.  Unless you demand a freshly pressed cup of espresso upon your arrival, you will be amazed at the courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism.  I have had many jobs done there, and every time I am amazed at the results.  Been doing business with them for over 30 years, and will continue to do so.  Arlene is absolutely terrific to deal with.  I cannot say enough about this business. 

We had some problems matching up the paint, eventually did get it right though.

The work was outstanding. The paint was very expensive because it was a pearl finish which contributed to the cost, but they made the repair flawlessly, matched the paint perfectly, and had it done when they promised. I was delighted.

They are excellent.  They do a good job, they have prompt service and are customer friendly.

It's a family business and everyone was very nice.  Arleen shopped around for the best prices for the replacement parts and Rich and Bob kept my husband informed about what needed to be done and how they were doing it. They did the work in a timely manner and
we felt that the prices were good for the work we had done and would definetly recommend them to anyone that needs body work done.

It went swimmingly!  They are tremendous.  Al and his team and especially Arlene could not have made it smoother and easier for me.  At the time, I was walking with a cane and absolutely required a small SUV of a specific type from the company representing the insured person who struck my car.  It was all worked out in advance and Arlene made the "special case" necessary with the company.  The insuring company was made to pay for the car which additionally was already waiting for me when I dropped off my own car at Al's shop in the early wee hours!    I returned the rental when I picked up my car from Al's shop so it couldn't have been more convenient.  Without this advice and involvement, I would have been inconvenience and uncomfortable in their standard rental.

They handled every financial detail and even saw that I received added compensation (which they were paid) for damage that was not visible until Al's thorough and professional review and after the initial estimate was provided.  I learned that the insurance company never balked because they are accustomed to the professionalism and honesty of Al's operation.

I've had a professional relationship with Al Million for more than 5 years and they have NEVER FAILED to please going above and beyond.  I love giving positive feedback when warranted but frankly rarely do as I don't encounter that many situations in which I am moved by the service o report my experience.  All I can say is that in this case, and in every situation in which I have dealt with Al - not only did I receive the expected service but more - impeccable service.  I've come to expect it and am appreciative there is such first-class service still available!

I will never take my vehicle or those of family members nor refer friends to anyone other than Al.  I always know that we are in the very best hands.

I had an accident driving on a slick road, and my truck went to the back of a car. I picked it up last week and it looks brand new. Al Million & Son Body Shop repaired the whole front and straightened up the hood. The bumper and the grille needed to be mended. Now, a lot of places would have said "You need a new hood," but they said it was no problem to straighten it. The work was done in three days! The work was excellent.
