We called Ed and, within a few days, he had already completed the work. Ed came and was all-business - he would really not even talk while working. He did a beautiful job - he seems like a perfectionist - and worked around many issues without complaint, delay, or an increase in the amount owed. We did not receive a quote prior to the repairs, due to a time crunch, but Ed sent us an explanatory bill, including a percentage off work completed and materials due to the lack of a proposal.
I greatly respect his attention to detail, punctuality, and fairness. I would only recommend Ed as a plumber.

We have used Ed for years for all our plumbing needs. From replacing toilets, installing new washer and dryers, sink repairs, new disposal, installing a new water softener......anything we have needed he has handled perfectly! Highly recommend!
