About us
Family owned and operated business. Currently there are two employees, myself as service tech and installer, my business partner who is in charge of billing, scheduling, taking calls. For billing, customers will be given labor rates and quoted prices for repairs up front. A detailed invoice will be filled out at jobsite, customers will sign invoice, all billing is due at time of completion provided customer understands and is in agreement with billing for past, present and future services.

We perform service on the following, air conditioning, heat pumps, ductless units, boilers, forced air furnaces, natural gas systems, propane systems, fuel oil systems. We perform preventive maintenance, repair of equipment, sales of equipment, existing system replacements. We perform oil to gas conversions, chimney liner installs. We service and install water heaters and water softeners. We service and install humidifiers and air filtration systems. We do mobile home heating and airconditiong
Services we don't offer
We do not sweep chimneys. We do not perform duct cleaning. We do not do drain and waste plumbing. We do not service residential refrigerators or household appliances, except those specified in services rendered section. We do not do new construction installs or installs where equipment has not yet existed.
