Unfortunately, my air conditioner died. It went well. Honestly, I didn't check around on the price because I needed an air conditioner the day before. They were great. I would recommend them to anybody. They also do my heating and air conditioning checkups. They are very good. When you call them, they are there. The air conditioner was important to me. It was a hot day. I have two big dogs and they don't take too well without air conditioning.

I looked over your account and see that there is a note your account with specific instructions for our drivers to not use your driveway. Those instructions appear on the computer in the truck in capital letters for the driver to read. While I understand mistakes do happen once in a while, it is troubling to learn that this has happened more than once. I will speak to our delivery supervisor regarding this and make sure that all of the drivers are following the directions on customer's accounts. They did a great job installing the heaters by the time agreed upon, with creative solutions to the problems associated with an old building.  We spoke to several contractors and Gerald and the Wilson installers seemed to know the most about how to adapt the system to our special needs.  The WIFI Core thermostat is amazing.  The thermostat knows how to start heating the room so it comes up to the desired temperature at the right time, using the most economical settings.  The work looks neat and they cleaned up.

We woke up one morning with our twin infants at home to realize we had completely run out of oil and this was after a tech had noted we were almost out at the last service. Then our AC broke and the tech said he could do a quick fix for $90 bucks since to replace the part would take a week. Since it was 90 degrees we agreed, that bill was actually over $200 and it broke again two weeks later. Now the part was magically available in a day and we also had to pay that $500 bill. The accounting departing is a nightmare here, they kept telling me I had to increase my monthly payment. We had such a large account balance, It made no sense. The last straw was when the president of the company emailed me on a Saturday night saying he was going to charge us a huge bill $295 next month and increase our payments anyway! We canceled all service with them and now they say we OWE $949. Do not set up automatic delivery and a contract with Wilson, you will regret it!

"Hello, I am sorry we failed to live to your expectations. I apologize for your running out of oil, we do our best to prevent that from happening, but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, service interruptions happen. With regards to air conditioning service mentioned, I'm not sure where the communication breakdown occurred, but we do have a $79.95 diagnostic fee that we quote before any service is rendered for non- air conditioning service agreement customers and that amount is then credited off any repair bill if we complete the work. In looking over the account, I see where we did not charge both fees. Again, I am sorry for any mis-communication on this issue. Regarding the billing, I reached out to you on a Saturday, not to upset you, but to simply let you know why your monthly payment for heating oil would be increasing and what caused it. I felt this was a better approach than simply sending you a bill the following week asking for the increase without an explanation. It was never my intention to upset you, but simply to try an explain why the payment amount was increasing. Since this is being mentioned, I feel important to say that I did explain this in an email exchange with you and that I provided my cell number to you and urged you to call so we would could discuss this in person, rather than exchanging emails. While email is a great tool, it is at times impersonal and things can easily be taken out context and I feel that happened in this case. Again, I am very sorry things did not work out better. I take your comments, as well as, all customer comments very seriously. I wish you well in your future endeavors and thank you for past patronage. I was referred to Wilson by another oil dealer for whom I was out of service and delivery range. I originally called to get a price on maintenance alone. Gerri quoted me a price for a tune-up only, and then the price for a service contract with oil delivery that included an annual tune-up. She was very pleasant about it, unlike some other oil companies. Once I decided to purchase the contract with automatic delivery Gerri asked some questions about our oil usage last year and then present a few options and explained each of them and what would happen if we exceeded the reserve amount, or did use the entire amount. She also informed me of an upcoming run they were sponsoring to benefit local charities. Gerri wanted to schedule the tune-up visit, as it was approaching their busy season and she wanted to make sure ours was serviced soon. I didn't have my calendar with me, so I had to call back. When I did call back, I was somewhat surprised to find that the next available appointment would be over four weeks out (mid November). This is my first oil furnace, so live and learn. When the appointment day arrived the technician, John, showed up well within the time window provided and got right to work. It was clear he had a system in place and we went about efficiently servicing the furnace. He was polite and courteous while answering my questions about the different aspects of the furnace and what was involved with the annual maintenance. John did an excellent job of maintaining a tidy work area and cleaned up the area he was working in, and then some. Wilson offers online account maintenance and payment options, as well as online delivery scheduling. The online scheduling worked very well for me, I submitted my delivery request by 8 AM, and received a confirmation email back before 9 AM stating that my delivery would occur that same afternoon. Thus far I am happy with their services.

My entire experience with Wilson has been excellent. From the initial contact with Kathryn Mehan I have been treated with the upmost respect. The crew came out today and installed the propane tanks and hook-up to my new home generator, all done with the epitome of professionalism. I am quite cynical when it come to contractors, but Wilson has exceeded all expectations. HIGHLY recommended. They also deal in heating oil and I plan to change my current supplier (whom I've had for 32 years) to Wilson - this type of customer service is rare today...

They have serviced my family. We have never used anybody else but them. My father and grand father worked for them, and so we have never used any other company but them. They do an annual service and if there is anything wrong they will let you know. They check the oil burner and everything and do an inspection. They do that once a year diligently. They call and make an appointment and they are here. Oil is delivered on a monthly basis, so there is no problem with them at all. They are the only people we use, I don't know if other people do that or not. They come every year around September or October, right before you have to put your heating on. Because they have been with my family for so long, I have never used anybody else; I don't have any experience with anybody else. I would rather stick with whom I know.

It was a great experience. I called at 9:00am and left a message asking him to call me. He called within 15 mins. My AC unit had stopped working the night before and I have an infant and mother who needs oxygen 24/7 so it was necessary to fix as quick as possible. I explained my situation and the urgency of my need. He told me he would be there by 10:00am to take a look. He showed up at 9:45. He was polite and extremely friendly. He looked at my unit, told me what was wrong with it, and said he would be by later in the day with the parts and get it fixed. It was all finished by 3:30. I will never call another person to fix my A/C or heating unit again, he is the only one I will ever use.

We were kept up to date on all work. We were told when they would return the next day and who would be coming to do the work (owner or assistant). When the job was finished, we were instructed on how to use the new features of the new unit. I was impressed at how well they cleaned up after each job.
