I called 3 different companies to provide a cost for the installation of a hose connection on the opposite side of my home. Starr provided the best price and took the most time with me to explain what they were going to do and how the work was to be performed. I felt comfortable moving forward. I was amazed at how fast the job was completed. They were done and clean up faster than I could have gone to the hardware store to get the parts. I really appreciate the speed, cost and clean-up. I'd definitely use Starr Home Services again!

Prompt and smooth

I hired Starr Home Services to install a brand new shower system in our bathroom. The existing shower was old and outdated. I wanted to have multiple shower heads including a rain shower from the ceiling. The plumber they sent (Carl) could not have been nicer and skilled. He arrived on time and it was clear from the beginning he was knowledgeable about the subject and knew his craft. Carl made a few suggestions while he was at my house about the location of the handles and how to get the highest flow of using multiple heads at the same time. The work was done quicker than I expected and we now have a great shower. I want to thank Starr as well as Carl for doing a great job. Many contractors I have had at my house do a terrible job cleaning up but not this time everything was done great.

Great! Came out when they said, were very professional and tried to keep the mess to a minimum. Went above and beyond to right the problem for now.... showed me on camera issues that caused problem and said it will only be temporary unless repaired correctly. Can’t wait to schedule complete sewer line replacement in the spring.

Even though I was extremely stressed out that my main sewer was clogged they assured me that there would be no issues. I couldn't believe what a good job they did cleaning up everything. This company was a treat to have work in my home and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the team that did the work. I had alot of concerns coming into this because I have put alot of time and money into my landscape. They not only answered the questions I had , but gave me some peace of mind with making me understand the process that needed to take place. They were able to pop 2 small holes in my yard and pull a whole new pipe. Amazing to see! Cleanup was excellent and was back in service in 1 day. Great company would highly recommend.

Our experience was good. They are a local landscaper and we still use them. It has been eight years.

Have used Starr for 8 years to care for our 1 acre property. He's very professional and maintains a regular schedule - same day every week (or as needed  in the Spring and Fall).   In addition to mowing and weed-wacking garden edges and curb, he's mulches our gardens and trims the bushes. Clippings are always cleaned up. Highly recommend.
