Marett Carpet One Floor & Home

We ended up going to another place first, We were going to go with them, ONLY because I didn't know about Marrett....I called my mom who told me to go check this company out. We went and were met by Marian. She was SO patient and educated on what would work for us. She showed us the flooring we ended up going with, BUT, I was being stubborn from Pinteresting too much...Enter my mom, she came with me the second time and pointed out the same flooring Marian showed us....and started the motherly "You won't regret this flooring" And Marian gave me the information on the flooring and I started to fall in love more and more. She let me take it home to see it on our flooring and we love it SO much, once our remodel is done, we will be doing our bedrooms in the same flooring. Yes, it IS a bit more expensive, BUT, I have bought from Lowes and Home Depot my whole life and I've always had issues and ended up spending the same amount with repairs and ripping flooring out to redo it. The extra few bucks on this company (it also depends on your choice, we went higher end) is WORTH IT!!! We are going to be doing our kitchen and we are going there for our counter tops and we are also getting carpet from them in our living room, THAT is how satisfied my husband and I are with this company. DO NOT waste time at Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, etc .Go to a reputable company, Marrett won't disappoint you.

It was a sale and a good cost. The people are easy to deal with, installer very professional, did a good job and was particular about matching up seams and did a good job.

They were very particular about the installation.

Crew (Brian and Shane) performed very professionally.  Most cooperative in dealing with occasional problems that could occur with projects of this size.  Crew was friendly and raised appropriate questions as various issues arose.  Sales staff was very helpful and offered a variety of suggestions for products to suit our tastes, budget and layout.

Original "pad" was clay based and had dried out and hardened.  The crew worked hard a minimizing the dust as they removed the old padding material.

Considerable detail was required carpeting the stairs which has multiple spindles.

Although we didn't finish with them - they gave us very professional service and in a timely manner. They should be recommended in the future to anyone wanting flooring installed. The only reason we didn't finish with them is that we went through an acquaintance and saved some money. They beat other estimates hands down.

Salesman was very experienced and helpful. The worker that did the measuring was also good at his job and the installer was excellent at his work. He went right to work and was good at it.
