We have a contract with them. We are happy, I use them every other year. One thing they do is that if you have any complain, they send someone immediately to take a look of the issue.

We hired NGand L on a referral from our neighbor who has a beautiful, organic lawn. I believe the prices for their fall package of aeration, seeding, and fertilizer were fair and competitive, as were the add-ons such as dethatching and liming. They were comparable to other chemical-based programs. Chris does all of the work himself and is very nice, knowledgeable, responsive and informative. Our lawn is already looking better and we plan on continuing to use NGand L in the spring.

They do a great job. We pay $85 every time they come. It is all organic and that's why we use them. It is all natural feeding. They are moderately expensive.

We have a yearly contract with them. The contract includes various things. They also offer extra services on their contract like reseeding and things like that. The contract price includes all these extra services. They were organic and that's why we went with them. We needed the lawn to be reseeded and over hauled. We had to switch grass but we didn't want to use toxic chemicals. So they were the best providers in the area. They are very local. They were honest. There were other people that we talked to that were a little more fussy about what they were doing and how organic it was in the products they were putting down. So these guys were organic and they were honest about it. They were straightforward and told us what we can expect with an organic lawn where you don't get a sort of striking magical results with no weeds. This is what we wanted. They did what they said they would do. The reseeding worked very well. They are good. I think the price is good. They are the only organic ones that we found in this area. I think the prices are very competitive with organic versus non organic. We now have an ongoing contract with them. We would use their services again in the future.

It's nice that they are environmentally conscious. Once you have them come out, they keep coming out; you have to call to cancel.

The cost sent on the bill was not price I was given over the phone. This was eventually corrected, but the office staff was not very helpful. The appointments for service were cancelled twice. When the service was finally done, it seems to have been well-done.

The service part was decent and customer service was not bad. I don't remember the exact price for the 6 treatments. It was way over priced and I would get sales calls from the company ALL the time. My lawn did not look any better after the treatments. I hired another company a year later, with a better price and a small operation. My yard was healthy, flourishing and I was VERY satisfied.

We have a yearly maintenance contract, but they also offer some additional treatments if they notice a particular problem. They leave us a little note making a recommendation and then we decide whether or not we need that. That is on top of what we pay for the routine maintenance. I would highly recommend them. Our lawn is the envy of everyone in the neighborhood. My husband and I do nothing to it. They are very expensive. Every year we think about canceling our contract with them as it is too much money, but we don’t do it because our lawn looks that good. They are pricey, but if you want a nice organic lawn and chemical free, then it is worth it.

What I like about them is they do not use chemicals. They use natural treatments. They come out and leave instructions and notify us when they are coming. Generally speaking, they have been very prompt.

Natural Lawn specializes in non-chemical lawn and plant treatment. Their work didn't seem to make a significant improvement in our property, but the plants and lawn, maintained their appearance.
