Landscaping
The work that they performed was generally good; however, after using them for many years, they failed to keep three scheduled appointments to complete work that we discussed and never called to explain or reschedule. I always paid on time and was reasonably flexible with scheduling. I was never given an explanation for their failure to perform the work, especially since they had done work here for at least ten years.
