Home owners beware of TNT Tyler Tudek, He will make you believe, and put you in hurry to get things done quick and takes your money in full and will abandoned the job after half day of work. You will not see him again either, once he gets the money. He might also leave some equipment but its worth less. Even if you thing that you can put the money on hold and get things done, he is not skilled either, that is my understanding from few conversations with him. He asked for 3500 but due to restrictions with my bank, I can only give him 2000. If you still want to try, its up to you. I tried my best to warn you.

Tyler was hired to apply a three part Waterproofing "system" on the home's foundation (contract 1- paid in full) and install 2 French drains (contract 2- unpaid). He lacked the experience and knowledge in estimating the job and felt as though he underbid it. Instead of renegotiating the terms of the contract to something that felt more equitable, he left in the middle of the job. He would not return our texts/calls attempting renegotiation. As a result, he didn't finish the job he was paid for and didn't start another job he signed a contract for. He walked away, leaving us with a trench on each side of our house. What work he did, did not comply with the terms of the contract. He agreed to dig trenches down to the footer, clean the surface and apply waterproofing in three steps. He failed to dig all the way down to the footer the whole way along the house. And he didn't clean the walls as he said he would. He continued on with the waterproofing as if he had done both of those steps and never completed the final step. Needless to say the trenches filled with water during subsequent rains and the foundation leaked water into the basement. They eventually began to cave in. He didn't respect our property. He tracked mud over our porch, patio and deck. He didn't replace our downspout which led to more water funneling into the trench. He used our tools without our permission, didn't clean them and left them outside. He covered existing plantings/landscaping with dirt from the dig. He was unreliable, had no apparent start or stop time; we hneverknew when or if he would show up. He continually asked to be paid before the next scheduled payment as dictated by the contract. The one positive that can be said is that Tyler worked hard digging the trenches by hand.
