This is the easiest 5 star review I've ever written. I didn't really know what to expect but the team arrived right on time for the deep clean. Deep is no exaggeration - I live in an old building and have allergies that have blown up. I also work from home. The team accommodated my mtg schedule I was able to work without disruption. I came out of my office to a level of clean I didn't realize I needed. The level of care and attention to detail was genuinely so thoughtful. And so thorough! I don't really haggle so I accepted the pricing that was provided to me up front. There is no question in my mind that I got an incredible deal for the results. The products they use left my space clean and dust-free, and not bathed in chemical fragrances. I'm super grateful to Mrs. M and team, and look forward to their next visit.

The associates followed my directions and did not clean tables I did not want touched and did not clean my spare bedroom/ storage area. They thoroughly cleaned the remainder of the apartment very well. I look forward to have them return twice a month to maintain this. Thank you all

I hired them to do a deep clean of my place. I was quoted at $300. I had no issues with this as I had a lot of blinds that needed cleaned and I did want a deep clean as my first service. On the day I was supposed to get the quote Victoria was about 30 mins late. Her assistant did call. If this was the only issue, I wouldnâ  t be writing a negative review. I gave Victoria my key for the day her crew would be coming. I had left my place only to get a call that the key had not been passed on to the crew. I had to turn back around and unlock the door. I know the ladies were there for quite I while. When I returned home, things initially looked good. I wasnâ  t particularly fond of the fact that my furniture, baskets and other things had been moved around, but whatever. Then I walked into the kitchen and noticed crumbs in the floor. I looked at the cabinets and noticed multiple areas had been missed. Over the course of the next 24 hours I began to notice parts of furniture that was never touched and spots on the wall. At first I was going to just cut my losses. Then a friend pointed out that the flier said that they specifically cleaned inside the refrigerator and oven. This was most definitely not done. I spoke with Victoria and told her what happened. She said it was that she was not there to oversee the job. I said well, then as a business owner you should know. She offered to come back, but I declined. Again, I felt that we had a discussion and that was enough. However, she was supposed to mail my key back to me 2 weeks ago and never did. Now, not only did I pay for a poor cleaning service, but it also cost me $35 to replace the deadbolt.

I thought they were worth every penny. They amazed me with how hard they worked and how thorough they were. They will be coming back!

They both did a great job to clean the house. They did a better job than the group that we had before.

A team came into my home and worked very hard to deep clean in the truest sense. I have never had a cleaning service that worked so hard to make things perfect top to bottom. Amazing. I wish is could rate higher than five stars. Maria assured me beforehand that I would be happy with their work and I couldnâ  t be happier. So professional and such perfectionists - very impressive.

The majority of workers speak Spanish but I was able to have someone to work with me that speaks English. If a customer speaks Spanish or is willing to be patient with this service they are very diligent and great at their job. They do an excellent job! They have worked with me for about 2-3 years and they are very flexible and work with my requests and the general time allotted. They don't nickel and dime the time!
