We originally did NOT hire Frank. He was hired by our contractor and I did not know anything about him. We trusted our contractor to get someone reputable. If I had it to do over again, I would NOT.

Frank was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. His bid was well below others that I received, he and his crew were on time or early, and the quality of the work was excellent. I had a neighbor who was angry about the project (and even called the police), but Frank was calm and polite when beng challenged by this woman. I absolutely recommend Lombardo Concrete.
