Did a decent job when he showed up......took a while returning my call but he may have been busy with other jobs.

Last fall, he kind of destroyed everything. He did a very poor job. At the beginning, my husband was very happy with their work. As the season went on, he was a little enthusiastic. My husband likes the grass cut in a straight line one time and then diagonal on the next. He has to keep reminded because the guy keeps cutting in the same direction. I think they're pretty good. They seem to know a lot of different things about the trees. My husband had to call him a couple of times when he thought the grass should be cut. My husband called and he didn't call back but he did show up a day or so later.

He did a very good job and very friendly. I will be hiring him again in the future.

The first time he came he took a big bush out and I gave him $100. The second time I asked him to come and take some small bushes out along my fence. Instead he cut some limbs in my back yard while the other guy cut the grass. I wrote this man a check for $300 and the bushes are still in the yard. He said he's coming back. I don't know why he left the bushes in the yard. I trust everybody, I am 78 years old, I thought he did what I asked him but he didn't. If he comes back and thinks I am going to pay him extra money, he's mistaken. He told me to call in two weeks so I called yesterday and he never called me back. I am really not happy with this second experience. I didn't mind the price because I thought those bushes would be gone, but they're not. For that kind of money he should have done the whole yard, the trees, and the bushes. That's what I thought he was going to do. He was here, I don't even think two hours. He was behind that garage, I can't even see behind there. I don't care what time he gets here so long as he does what I ask him to do. Since he did this to me, I am not too happy with him, period.

I called Jim on Thursday to quote shrub removal and trimming.   He came that afternoon to quote the job and returned on Saturday to complete the work.  (He would have done the work on Thursday, but it was raining.)  He did a great job and even took some lawn debris from work that I had done.  I would definitely use Jim again.

Called in the morning, he arrived late morning, gave quote, finished job that afternoon.  Best workmanship on the shrubs I ever had. 

I thought it cost me more than it should, but my lawn looks great. All I had to do was water it. I had no idea what the price would be, but he gave me a price, I accepted.
