First he came a month late and then the job took him twice as long as he said it would. There were several things that they didn't finish. I asked them to come back to fix it. He sent his son two times. All his son did was screw in some screws and put a half an inch piece of wood under the tile floor. He didn't know how to fix the rest. They scratched a new towel rack when they installed it. They paint was scratched off and it's now rusting. They also bent the shower curtain rod in two places. The electricity was hooked up to an outlet that only works when you switch the light one. Now I can't put a nightlight in there unless I turn on the light. He also didn't tighten the pipes on the shower faucet assembly and it leaked and caused the ceiling to fall into the bathroom below. He also installed a faucet diverter but it malfunctions. Now the shower turns on even when it's not pulled up. When I try to scrub the bathtub I get water all over my back. He also said he added new washers to one of the faucets and they still leak. There were also a lot of other little things that were done wrong. I sent a letter to him and he wouldn't call back or come and do any of the repairs. I had to have a plumber come in and repair the pipes. I also have to call an electrician to fix the outlet.
