The rooms look nice in the end, but with much pain/hassle. The most expensive bid, but given the recommendations we got, we thought it would be worth it (I question that now). A lot of miscommunication occurred since their rep never wrote anything down. The design work we received was amateur (on graph paper - seriously) I hesitated then, but friends recommended them, we pressed on. Our first PM framed the rooms incorrectly, threw out material that was supposed to be saved, then quit. After returning from a getaway, I discovered that they started drywalling without insulating outside walls (!) I had to monitor everything. We had other issues - material not ordered on time/correctly, wrong tile installed, Rep left town for weeks without notifying us (!). The 2nd PM was much more on the ball, but even he did not promptly return phone calls recently. The rooms do show craftsmanship but in hindsight, I think we paid too much for it.
