They were terrific. It was a wonderful experience. He came by and sorted out the problem very quickly. It was very reasonable. I was very happy with the work they did. They came the same day that I called them. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I have never put a cover on my exterior air conditioning unit ( I do have horses and hay and dust etc.). The unit was filthy after ten+ years. Rick cleaned the unit thoroughly and quickly. He started up the fan which had seized up over the long winter months.
And he provided me with a new filter for my Aprilaire (attached to the air conditioner interior unit). My air conditioner was humming away pushing out lovely cool air and all before the end of the day!
The total charge for all this great service was $150.00 for my first service call in 10+ years.

Surprisingly well. The old system was about 35 years old and falling apart. Looked like it weighed a ton. He showed up by himself and did whatever he needed to do by himself. He seemed trustworthy enough, so I went upstairs to bed after putting in a nights work myself. He completed the work and cleaned up after each day. By the third day, all he had left to do was instruct me on how to use the air conditioner, and do a couple of odds and ends.
