General Remodeling
The roof isn't holding up and is all falling apart. It's curling all up at the ends. When we took off a couple of shingles, we could see how the underlayment is breaking up. Another contractor told us they used recycled paper that isn't holding up. They did the work in 1992, and they guaranteed the roof for 25 years. We contacted them, and they want to give us $239.
