WHILE THE OWNER AND WORKMEN WERE VERY NICE, THE QUALITY OF THE JOB IS LESS THAN DESIRABLE. THE WALL AND CEMENT PAD ARE BOTH CRACKED. I CONTACTED ROY WHO RESPONDED PROMPTLY. HE INDICATED THE CRACK IN THE WALL IS AN EXPANSION JOINT AND THE CRACK IN THE CEMENT PAD IS DUE TO SHRINKAGE AND THAT NO ONE GUARANTEES AGAINST THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM. THE WALL WAS BUILT IN TWO SECTIONS OF POURED CONCRETE, BUT THE EXPANSION CRACK IS JAGGED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
