QUIMBY'S WALLPAPERING

Susan was punctual, stripped most of the wallpaper in one room and then started on the next. The next day she finished removing the wallpaper and started to repair the walls and put primer on. She also began to paint. My daughter found some holes and areas that needed to be patched that she missed. She marked them. Susan fixed them the next day. She missed some other spots not marked. She completed the other bedroom and there were many spots she missed. There were also spots that stood out that I had to go over. I do not think she let the patchwork dry completely and that is why there were spots that were very noticeable. When the paint in the other room dried there was a noticeable unevenness, especially in the corners. It looks as if she gave the corners two coats of paint, but not the walls. I called her and asked for her expertise in correcting the problem, but she never returned my call. I was very disappointed in her painting work. She was helpful in choosing colors.
