The ordering and measuring process went smoothly. After three weeks the unfinished doors were delivered to my home. I stained and finished the doors. After I finished the staining, H.P. Starr came to install the doors. However, the manufacturer cut one set of bifold doors incorrectly and they did not fit. Dorothy Taylor who takes car of doors and windows for H.P. Starr did a great job of correcting the problem. She dealt with the manufacturer and ordered a new set of doors. In fact Starr stained and finished this set of doors, since I had already stained the original doors. The new set of doors fit perfectly and look great. H.P. Starr stands by their products and services.
