I thought the installation went fine, then had a back up and discovered several problems. At first he took the calls and said he would come look, but never showed or even acknowledged calls. Problems discovered: 1. Installed and backfilled the risers with wrong material-according to the manufacturer I have been in contact with, Polylok of CT. They failed completely. 2. Did not backfill and tamp the sewer pipes correctly causing settling and backflow. 3. I was able to pull apart several pvc joint connections by hand. As anyone who has ever joined any type of plastic conduit will tell you, they become one and should never come apart unless broken. I believe this failure to correctly connect the pipe let seepage out which caused more settling and erosion until the system failed in a mere six years instead of at least 50. That he has ignored numerous calls for assistance and not even wanting to see the results of his own work, let alone stand behind his work speaks volumes to me.
