 + -1 moreI hired Mr. Hart to supply and install a 2 car carport. He was also to prepare the driveway area where the carport was to be located. I hired Mr. Hart in late May/early June 2012 and paid him in full.The job was to be completed with in one month from hire. The carport was not delivered or installed. Mr. Hart gave excuses for the delay ,and reassurances that either the carport would be installed shortly or he would return my payment in full , (including the permit fee.) In early Sept.2012 , Mr. Hart said he was unable to perform the work for which he was hired. I have made several requests to have my money returned . .I have yet to receive a refund of my money Mr. Hart says the "the check is in the mail". Update: After filing a complaint at the Majestry's office he refunded all the money.
Description of Work: No services were performed although they were paid for.
