We called Dan who responded immediately and tackled the critters. They were German yellow jackets and needed a one-time zap of something or other that killed those in the nest and repelled any others trying to enter their nest. Dan was professional and clearly explained the problem and the solution. That was at the end of August and we haven't seen any other bees since then...so good work, Dan!!

We called Daniel at Bee Busters and it was obvious he was knowledgeable and experienced with this type of situation. I am chemically sensitive so he used his less toxic mixture. His strong mixture would have killed the entire nest instantly. Even with the tamer mixture, most of the hornets were dead by evening. A few hung on for a day or two before they were all gone for good. Very pleased with his service.

Late on a Monday afternoon I noticed an area of my house that appeared to be a wasp motel as they were coming & going with great frequency.  I called a service that I quickly found using Google on my cellphone who was based in the city.  He answered immediately, but explained that he was quite busy & my house was out in the North Hills area so he'd be unable to get there promptly.  Having carpet installers & some counter top work about to start soon, I knew the front door would be left open a lot.
The provider from the city referred me to the Bee Buster.
I called & also got an immediate answer.  I explained my situation & it just so happened, he's based just a bit north of where my house is.  He agreed to come the next morning.  My suspicions were conformed that there was indeed a wasp problem - he felt with multiple nests in this one bulkhead.  I agreed to have him service  the area after his diagnosis.  He went to work immediately spraying the entire area with the aerosol insecticide.  It seemed effective as there were a lot of dead wasps soon thereafter.
He indicated that the treatment is good for the entire season & that a follow-up would be at no charge.  Due to my in-transition situation, I was only there two more days, but didn't notice any wasp activity.  I'll be there permanently beginning in mid-September & will make note of the situation.  But he seemed to do a thorough job, so I don't anticipate any re-treatment this season.
