MOORE'S FURNITURE

Moore's salesperson, Darlene Hashinger, helped us find the perfect table and chair set, that was on sale and did all that was necessary to get us the exact color and finish we wanted. We were told it would take up to 6 weeks for delivery. It only took three and the devliery crew had to take the table apart to get it in and, of course, put it back together. They were gracious and professional. We are more than pleased with Moore's Furniture.

Ginny & Hector, the two sales people we worked with, were terrific. There was never any pressure; Ginny was great at calling the manufacturers. with all our detailed questions. We searched several times through the manufacturers' fabrics and were allowed to bring samples home, but never could find one that was just right. So we searched for fabric on our own through limited sources and found something that worked great at JoAnn Fabrics. Taking a sample to show both Ginny and Hector, they concurred it would work great and confirmed the yardage we'd need to order. Throughout the process they were helpful and understanding of our concerns. Best of all the sectional sofa was manufactured and delivered in record time and beyond all expectations--less than two months later! The delivery guys were fine. Two smudges on the sectional were noted on the paperwork. Within a couple days we got a call from Moore's service department to set up an appointment to fix the problem. Service guy fixed it.
