I used Polites for many many years, flowers to my grandmother & one aunt for birthdays, thanksgiving, Christmas, funeral and illness. The last one, my aunt suffered a severe fall, I ordered flowers. They were not delivered, when I complainted their excuse was a blow off then they delivered a small green plants with no blooms despite my order of flowers. My aunt threw the plant away. I complained and Polites blew me off. I will never ever use them again and would never ever recommend to anyone. Like I said I used them a lot for many years for various occassions, they had my info on file alone with the names & info of my grandmother and aunt and knew me when I called. The last time it was like they did not know me; not sure if new ownership but they are horrible. paying $50-100/delivery several times a year I expect great service not terrible.
