I HAD A LEAK FROM THE TUB THAT WAS RUINING THE CEILING IN OUR FINISHED BASEMENT BELOW. I DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY BECAUSE WE PLAN ON REMODELING THE BATHROOM IN SEVERAL YEARS. I JUST WANTED TO STOP THE LEAK. OTHER CONTRACTORS TOLD ME THAT ALL THE TILE WOULD HAVE TO BE TORN OUT, GREENBOARD REPLACED, ETC. MR. BLACKWELL UNDERSTOOD MY NEEDS AND WAS ABLE TO RESTORE THE LOOSE AND CRACKED TILES IN ADDITION TO REGROUTING AND RECAULKING EVERYTHING FOR HALF THE COST OF THE OTHER CONTRACTORS. THE LEAK IS GONE AND THE TILE AROUND THE TUB LOOKS GREAT. MR. BLACKWELL'S SPECIALTY IS RESTORING CERAMIC TILES, TUBS, AND SHOWER DOORS.
