+ -1 moreJordan Management took over from 2 very poor management companies and has turn the properties around in terms of quality of the properties and the renters. Jordan Management has been the only firm that I have felt comfortable is providing adequate attention to my small real estate portfolio.
Description of Work: Services small investors with the detail and attention that a large property owner would receive. Jordan Management has leased properties, assisted with evictions, brokered payment plans, advised owners on repairs and rent increases. Negotiate with difficult clients.
