So far so good. These guys came highly recommended from one of my neighbors and they've been great thus far, very attentive, prompt and professional.

They were very quick to respond and schedule the work. He did a really good job and cleaned up after himself. We had such a good experience, we hired him later on to removed the tree roots and trunk as well. The customer service was excellent.

The tree needed to come down, and I was worried it would fall if another storm hit. The tree was huge, so it wasn't cheap, but I was desperate to get the job done, and they were the only person of 5 people I called to come out. They were very friendly to deal with, and they were very prompt. The woman in the office I dealt with over the phone was very pleasant.

Not fancy, they just got the job done well for a price that beat the other estimates. Best way to communicate seemed to be e-mail. Received a bill although I'd already paid, but it was quickly cleared up. Turns out several neighbors have used them as well.

Mr. Rogan came to my home to assess the dead trees on 8/9/13. The first tree (about 30 feet tall) was resting against a neighbor's garage. The trunk of the tree had disintegrated and the tree looked like it could collapse at any moment. The second tree (about 20 feet tall) was in better condition, standing on its own, but completely dead. Mr. Rogan gave me a written price quote of $750 on-the-spot. Since his quote was significantly lower than the other two price quotes I had received, I booked the job. On the day of service, two workers arrived on time, safely cut down both trees, processed them through the wood chipper, and completely cleaned up the work site, including my yard and driveway. You couldn't even tell that the trees had been there. Mr. Rogan and his workers were courteous, professional and prompt. I have a lot of trees on my property and the next time I need tree service, I will call James Rogan Tree Service first.

He came by and he didn't do any work but I have no complaints. He gave me a quote and I appreciate it. I would use him. He didn't do anything wrong. He quoted me $150.00 which is what I got from two other people. It was right in range where it should be.

The workers came to my house early in the morning. Trimmed twi trees and topped several others. The men were quick and professional and the property was lefted cleaned with all the debri removed

some confusion with workers about extent of work to be done, but was rectified with phone call and crew returned within a day or two to finish the job.

I got three quotes at the end of October, his was the best. I called back to arrange for the date to have him do the project. They came and brought the tree down, mulched and cleaned up in less than 30 minutes. It was well worth every dollar! (The right gust of wind would have cost me more given the tree's position, pressing on the house.)

Their price was good but their punctuality was not the best. They did the job very well. They came in, did the job and there was no problems. They left the stump there and I called them and asked them if they would come back and root the stump as it was a part of our agreement and they came back and removed the stump. He came the next day and removed it. I was very impressed with their service and price.

They did a clean, professional and efficient job. Completed the work in two hours at a reasonable price.

We employed Rogan's to cut our lawn for several years. They were reliable, but didn't do a terrific job. They often cut the lawn when it wasn't needed and you wouldn't have known they were there unless you saw them cutting it. Instead of finding someone new, we stayed with them as it was convenient. When we had Fios installed, Verizon didn't bury the wire immediately so we had the cable across the lawn. They cut the wire which left us without internet, phone and cable for a couple of days. When I called to let them know he said " yea, I know.....my guy told me". I was simply calling to let him know what happened and to ask that they not do it again after the cable was fixed. There was no apology or concern on his part - he told me it should have been buried and it was, basically, our fault. If I can't call the lawn guy and let him know there's something going on, and have him work with me, he's definitely got to go. He was rude and patronizing. Very frustrating experience.

They were prompt, they were kinda sloppy around the edges, used some big machinery to cut my grass, left tire tracks in my yard, and things I wasn’t quite happy with. Their price was fair but their quality not so much.

They keep track of our grass and always know when to come. It always looks clean. They clear our pavement of weeds that grow up in between the tiles effectively as well. They are not expensive.
