This is the 2nd time we've used Scott, first with a rental. He consistently is on time, keeps in contact with you. Friendly yet very professional. His team is good as well. Work is good. We had another estimate but Scott was more versitile and much more creative about options. The front steps were harder than first expected and he was working on them in the bitter cold- no additional cost applied. We thought with all the work we had done his price was very reasonable.

Scott was very professional, honest, responsive and punctual. We were selling a rental property "as is" but the buyer wanted some items attended to or subtracted from the selling price. We were afraid if we let the buyer take care of it that we would be hit with a considerable credit on their behalf. Scott came as arranged, very quick and thorough, explained everything. He did the electrical first then we had to call him back for additional requirements from the buyer. We were getting near settlement but Scott came out quickly and repaired some termite damage and put in some smoke detectors.
We have some repairs needed on our own home and another rental we have and will have Scott attend to those as well.
his price is very reasonable- the $165 is for the electrical, still need to find out for the carpentry and smoke detectors.

These guys were great!! We had a list of "to-do's" via an inspection report for an investment condo we recently closed on. Everything was spot on and completed well and in a timely manner. We were able to list the rental property in no time at all.
