Greg Farley has over 30 years of experience working in the Delaware County and Greater Philadelphia areas. His first job painting was with a family friend painting apartment complexes when he was 13. He found that he had a natural skill for painting and enjoyed the artistic and aesthetic challenges and rewards that painting offers. During the summers while Greg was in high school he worked as a journeyman with a stone mason and plasterer. This is where he really developed his eye for good contracting work while continuing to grow as a painter, working on the side for family members. After graduating from Upper Darby high school Greg worked as a crew leader for a residential and commercial painter in Delaware county. After acquiring the knowledge and skill needed to run his own business, Greg Farley Painting and Plastering was founded in 1980. Greg’s business is family owned and operated. Greg is proud to say he has trained his two sons , Greg Jr. and Scott, to work beside him as mechanic painters. Greg Jr. has been working with his father for over ten years now. Scott has been working with the company for nearly 8 years. Both of Greg’s sons are masters of their trade and take great pride in working for their family and for the customers who benefit from their skills painting. Together, the Farley’s have the knowledge, experience and attention to detail to ensure that the quality of their work meets the needs of their customers. Their main focus is on honesty and customer satisfaction. They promise to treat any home improvement or commercial painting job as if it was their own home or their own business.

It went OK. The job was completed under a tight timeframe. The quality and personal responsiveness were satisfactory.
However, couldn't be sure when they would be on the job. In order to do the settlement for the house sale, they needed to come back to catch a part that was missed and spotted during the buyers walk through. Also, after making a prepayment, and being told that it should cover the majority of the job, I got a final bill that was for more than the first. I'm not sure how they arrived at either number, but decided to pay without comment because, on balance the job was satisfactory.
