Our home warranty assigned Frank to fix our fridge and the ice maker. He came out very promptly and figured out what part he needed. He said it should take a day or two at the most for the part to come in. He never contacted us back. We left voicemails for him. It wasn't until (2 weeks later) when our home warranty contacted him on our behalf that he called us back. He said he had the part and that he could come buy the following day or the next. Since I got home at five he offered to come then on that Friday. He didn't show up until 7pm! My fiance and I were waiting on him so we could go out for our date. What makes matters worse is that he never offered an explanation as to why it took him 2 weeks to call us about the part and why our home warranty had to call him in order for him to call us. This is unexceptable. I would have been fine if he had called us after a few days and said that it was the summer so he was really busy fixing air conditioners or something, but nothing. Never even apologized.

My washer was leaking and I called Frank. He called me back within the day. He is busy and conscientious when he is working for someone else so sometimes he calls you back later. He is very realistic with his schedule and never keeps you waiting. If he says after 5 pm, it is after 5 pm. He is competent and doesn't mind explaining everything to you so you can understand. He came over and immediately diagnosed the problem and said he needed to order a part. He said it would be in in 2 days and the part was in as promised. He called to set up a time to return and complete the repair and was prompt. The repair was completed professionally.

Well, he's not much of a talker, but this guy knows his way around a 1990 GE dishwasher. He was sent by my home warranty company, and fixed the broken spring on on the soap dispenser very quickly. He also fixed the door springs while he was in there. I paid the $60 service fee as per the contract with my warranty company.
