They really get A+ from me. Reaching them is very easy. They call you back immediately. Brian speaks to each customer. Their expertise is excellent. They are very persistent and very meticulous. We've done some very big projects with them.

It required 3 or 4 men in 3 or 4 visits to actually open the kitchen ceiling and to reach into the space between the rafters and find a way to seal that leak. They left the ceiling hole open for about 3 weeks to make sure there were no additional leaking, then they came back and patched it. They actually had to find the smallest plumber on their team to be able to get his head and shoulders wedged into that spot.

They had to run it through a stone wall in order to make it the shortest possible distance with non corrugated pipe and no 90 degree angle turn in a finished basement that required them to go through the ceiling. They used all kinds of technology to find a plausible path out and to do it in a way that didn't interrupt the structure of the house.  It was a week long project.

LEFT SEWAGE ON DRIVEWAY AND WORK SITE IN WORSE CONDITION THAN WHEN THEY ARRIVED Sheehan Plumbing arrived at my property on 9/1/2016 to investigate a water backup into our basement sump pit, already determined to be sewage water. They (techs never introduced themselves, so I don't know their names) plunged our sewer trap which alleviated the blockage and ran a camera through the line to insect the source of the leakage. The leakage was determined to be likely sourced from a clean-out buried under concrete and that the line would eventually need to be replaced. The camera also revealed a soft object, like a rag, in the line. The technicians ran an auger into the line in an attempt to retrieve the object but in the process, introduced a solid blockage (probably chipped our pipe) which rendered the line UNUSABLE and completely BLOCKED the line from draining. The techs decided to pack up without fixing the blockage that he caused, and told us not to use the sewer line. This meant we (including my toddler) needed to get a hotel room. With absolutely no apology or extra effort to remedy the situation, the techs looked annoyed, packed up, and left us without a sewer. Although we knew our pipe was older and would need to be replaced eventually, Sheehan's actions resulted in a problem that forced us to expend thousands of dollars for a repair that otherwise would not have otherwise required an immediate replacement. We asked for a camera to be ran down the line, not a drain cleaning. Why rock the boat and try to fix something that was already identified as broken via the camera? We were given no warning that it a piece of pipe could potentially break off from the auger. It is not a trivial thing for a family to pack up for the night and move to a hotel, especially when a family member was in the middle of a medical procedure. After packing up they failed to clean up sewage on our driveway that was expelled from the trap. My son plays on the driveway. How about a little respect for your customers' safety? See image attached. The tech then explained he might be able to temporarily remedy the situation that same night for $400 more and then return the next day for the permanent fix for an addition $2000. By permanent he indicated he would have to tear up large sections of our basement concrete floor. This was the first time we have ever had to tell someone to leave our home because we were so furious. Yes, colorful language was used. The owner called and began screaming at me, the CUSTOMER, who was just forced out of his home for the evening due to his company's incompetence. He was scolding me because my wife used strong language towards the tech, who happened to be his son. It was like he was bullied on the playground and daddy had to defend his boy from a nasty, strong, woman. He asked if I expect to be treated like that in my work. Yes Brian, I do expect to be treated like that if I leave a job in worse then when I arrived. I put in hours of my own time to prevent that from happening. It's called integrity. I don't clock out because it is getting late and things get tough. Thankfully, parting ways with Sheehan worked out because another plumber offered a much more cost effective solution which involved running our line above ground and not tearing up our floor. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received elsewhere. Please, stay clear of these people. Based on my experience they are filthy, will rush to provide you with a solution instead of thinking things through, and have no respect for the hardships their actions impose on their customers.

My 89 year old Mother's Air conditioner stopped working in the dead of summer.  When I explained this to the Owner, he came out immediately and had the new unit installed within days.  (I also had other estimates but his was most reasonable).
They showed up on time, every time and were neat and courteous and kept me informed at every step.
On another occasion when the laundry sink clogged and flooded the basement, he came out the same day and had it cleared within the hour.  The best part of all this was, there were NO hidden costs or fees.  VERY honest, VERY professional !!!
I believe this is the first review I have ever written, if that is any indication of my satisfaction with Brian Sheehan Plumbing, Heating, A/C.

I got four quotes and decided on Brian Sheehan. He worked with me on picking out a heater/air conditioner; I didn’t realize when it came to heating and air systems how many options there are now. He was patient and communicated the differences between systems very well. I really appreciated it, considering it is a pricy investment. They worked hard, and the installation went well. Sheehan was recommended to me by a few other people who all had good experiences with them. I would recommend them as well.

We have been using the family owned/operated business for a number of
years now.  Very competent and really nice, and I believe reasonably
priced.  While they are VERY responsive to plumbing emergencies (like
replacing broken hot water heater, heat not working), when it comes to
non-emergent work, it can be challenging to finally get it done.
However this would be my ONLY complaint and would totally recommend the
Sheehans for  your plumbing and heating needs.

Of course it was an emergency and my husband was out of town. It was the first cold snap of the winter and the furnace failed to light. Brian Sheehan Plumbing responded immediately and had a plumber at my house within a couple of hours. He worked diligently to fix the problem and saved us from having to buy a new heater. We have since hired them to service our rental properties when we have had issues.
