My home inspector, Bill K, was extremely thorough and professional in his work. His knowledge and expertise on the construct and build of the home was impressive. He inspected everything in the home from the rooftop to the basement, offering suggestions and professional advise when needed. I was extremely pleased with his work.

As a first time home buyer, I can not say thank you enough to Pete. He was very through, professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained in detail, which was very helpful for me to understand my new house. FYI, it was a 90F hot and humid day. During inspections, he could not go up in the attic since access was blocked by the seller and furniture. While my realtor said that it would be okay to skip the attic, Pete said he would come back to complete inspection at no additional charge. He was super flexible to fit into our schedule. Thanks to his commitment to client service, we did not need to extend our inspection periods. I have decided to work with Pete based on so many amazing reviews as well as the sample report on his website. His inspection report was just like the sample report on their website, which was very through and organized. Again it was very helpful to learn more about my new house. I found Keith to be very up front with any questioning. He made himself available by giving me his card from the beginning with a cell number, not just his office number, which made it very easy to contact him with any residual questions or concerns that I might not have asked during the excitement of the inspection. I felt Keith was very thorough in his inspection. He listened carefully to my concerns. We had not a single issue with this service.

Do not look anywhere else for home inspections! Our story: My wife and I are first-time home buyers at what might be one of the worst times to ever attempt buying a house in a very long time, or at least that is what we have heard. Needless to say, we were nervous. After a few futile efforts at bidding on houses we loved and lost, we had an offer accepted at a different house we loved, and the gears began to turn. Our agent with 13 years of experience suggested RE-Inspect as her most trusted home inspectors, so we went along with her recommendation. We did not know what to expect from a home inspector. Frank Castiglione from RE-Inspect was our inspector, and he did not merely inspect, he taught. From what I understand, a good teacher tells you about things, but a great teacher goes beyond that and encourages you to ask questions, exhibits patience with your developing understanding and waits to make sure you got it. Frank did all of these things; he demonstrated that he was not only a highly knowledgeable and experienced inspector, but a fantastic teacher. He covered it all. We learned everything we could about our prospective house, and we learned a lot about owning and taking care of houses in general. No question was too elementary. Frank was all we could ask for and more: he was kind, courteous, we were comfortable around him and he made sure we were finished with his expertise before he left. We can not ever thank him enough for that experience. I will always, always go back to RE-Inspect for any inspection I might need in the future, and I will proselytize the great work of this company to the masses if I can. The inspector, Don Grisoff, got out to the property in a matter of days and got the inspection report to me the next morning. every inch of the home was documented with respect to action items in need of immediate attention, and maintenance items that would need attention in the future. after reading the inspection report I had some questions. I texted the inspector who got right back to me and answered every one of my questions thoroughly. He was great to talk to and put my mind at ease by describing all the things that were an issue and how to address them. I am buying a house and moving cross country. I am very appreciative of the detail of the inspection and the personal attention from the inspector.
