Joe was very flexible in terms of scheduling this work. Most of the property is fenced/gated, and he agreed to do some of the work outside the gate on Thursday, then do the work inside the fence on Friday when we could come let him in. He was not the most prompt to return phone calls, but he explained that his cell phone had recently been lost. When he did respond, he was courteous and pleasant to work with. I also appreciate that he has email, which is how he sent us our estimate and invoice. In terms of the work itself, Joe and his helper worked very hard on this project, and did a great job. The job took more than one day but I heard no complaints. He also was cooperative in working around other contractors that were on the property at the same time (septic system, power washing and gutter cleaning were all being done!) I was very pleased with this work and would highly recommend Joe!
