The work in general was better than your typical DIY job. Where Hensco failed was with the little details that gives a job the look and feel you would expect with professional workmanship. We had them renovate a bar, move a laundry room to the 2nd floor and convert the old landry room into a pantry. I was doing my own painting. At the end of the end of the project, they did not fill in and smooth out the holes from the nails and screws, did not repair all of the dings to the walls or caulking gaps in floor boards. They also left an exposed hole in the wall without a faceplate. I had to call them back in to complete the finishing touches. The items that they installed (flooring, shelving, mirrors in the bar, etc all looked good. Was just very dissapointed in the lack of pride in workmanship relating to the details.
