Our experience with West Shore Windows and Doors was a positive one which began the moment that Ryan Palm, Design Consultant enter our house. He patiently listened to what we wanted for our home and made suggestions. Ryan was knowledgeable about the window possibilities, which he demonstrated through his presentation. He answered our many questions as he presented the product. It was an easy decision to go with West Shore Windows and Doors.
Although when the day arrived for installation, it was a terrible weather day, the crew showed up and introduced themselves. Then they went right to work despite the rain, which got quite heavy as the day progressed. Mike and Chet worked diligently and installed a gorgeous bow window that is wonderful. Meanwhile, Shane and Shawn were busy working on the two other large windows that were to be installed. Shane and Shawn were an efficient team as the worked to complete the installation. The end result was well worth the wait.
As noted earlier, the weather was terrible, but each of the workers were careful as they entered and exited our home, and at one point Chet took off his shoes to be sure nothing was tracked in as he was putting the finishing touches on the window. Mike was obviously knowledgeable in what is involved when replacing a bow window. When the job was complete, everything was cleaned up and our house was left as it was found--except now it has beautiful, efficient windows.
All of the men were kind, courteous, and conscientious about their work, and the end result shows this. Throughout the job, Shane made sure that we understood what was going on in the process. His outgoing nature made the whole experience a pleasure. A great big kudos to West Shore Window and Doors for a fantastic crew of people, which made this whole experience marvelous.
