We originally hired TT+S & Son back in 2007 to secure a property we had in the City of Poughkeepsie. At that time, they performed as agreed and the quality of work was unsurpassed. We had no more break-ins by vagrants and addicts and the property subsequently sold in the following months. I then lost track of them.
In 2013, I needed again to get a building boarded up. I hired a different contractor who contrary to their claims, did not know what they were doing. In desperation, I reached out some of the vendors I worked with in 2007. I located TTS & Sons and hired them to repair and secure the vacant building I have in the City of Middletown. They corrected the work previously done and their work met city code.
TTS & Son gave me an excellent price, showed up on time and completed the work when they said they would. Through the process, they kept me updated and worked with the city to secure my vacant building status.
Since then, they had repaired a foundation for me in another property, and have been maintaining the exterior of my property in the City of Middletown. All of the work I hired them for was completed at a reasonable price and the work was correctly done. I have nothing but good experiences with TTS & Son, Inc. I would strongly recommend them for all general contracting work.
